Man Files Lawsuit Because Miley Cyrus' Tongue Almost Killed Him

Miley Cyrus tongue and the Bangerz tour have claimed a victim. Kind of. Sort of.

To be more precise, Cyrus' equipment supply company is being sued over her giant tongue slide that she uses on her tour and which injured a man.

No, it didn't become sentient and attack him (SyFy, you're welcome to that original movie idea) rather Charles Nicholas Sarris was injured while making the prop.

Sarris then filed a lawsuit against the company ShowFx Inc., saying he got hurt while constructing the slide after the equipment he was given to make the body part proved faulty and he fell.

For their part, ShowFx says they're not at fault because Sarris knew the risks of producing a giant tongue slide from the very beginning.
