It's Friday, so Miley Cyrus is dressed like a hot dog. Don't act so surprised. She's also handing out sex tips, so maybe pay attention.

First things first, Miley's hot dog costume which she wore and then posted a picture of herself in on Instragram (see above).

No, we don't know why she's wearing it. But since this is Miley we'll assume there really is no reasoning beyond: "Look! I'm a hot dog!"

The sex tips are a tad easier to explain and came during Cosmopolitan's Ask Miley question and answer session on Twitter.

Unsurprisingly, the questions were not tame and neither were her answers.
