Here's Miley Cyrus pretending to fellate a man in a Bill Clinton mask while on tour. Happy Presidents' Day!

The performance happened while Miley was singing "Party in the USA" and featured a Bill Clinton impersonator, walking Liberty Bell, ladies sharing a Mount Rushmore costume, the Statue of Liberty, a giant dancing cat and Miley dressed like a Star-Spangled cowgirl in a sparkly bodysuit.

Even more ridiculous than that though? She was lowered from the ceiling while riding a giant hot dog.
