Miley Cyrus Was 1999 VMAs Lil Kim for Halloween

Miley Cyrus partied like it was 1999 last night (Oct. 30), dressing in Lil Kim's infamous one-breast baring outfit that she donned at the 1999 MTV Video Music Awards.

To perfect the look, Cyrus wore a one shouldered jumpsuit, purple wig and single nipple pastie and we can't say we're surprised.

What we want to know is whether or not she had a bestie following her around dressed like Diana Ross to jiggle her boob when necessary? Because that would have really made that costume.

Cyrus posted several photos  of her outfit throughout the course of the evening and even managed to get a compliment from Lil Kim herself.

You can check out snaps of Cyrus in all her purple bejeweled glory below. She's like a treasure troll, but you probably shouldn't rub her for luck.
