Miley Cyrus Wants You to Know She Kissed Ryan Seacrest on New Year's

When the ball dropped on New Year's, Miley Cyrus locked lips with Ryan Seacrest, but the camera missed it. Which really bummed out Miley.

Which is why she made sure to find a photo that someone got of them kissing and share it with the world.

Because she thinks he's that awesome. Or because her newest publicity stunt wouldn't have worked unless she brought it to our attention.

Thanks Miley, and full disclosure: it's still working. For now.

Since the camera guys missed out, Smiley posted the snap of the smooch on her Twitter account, writing:

We have a feeling someone is going to get in an awful lot of trouble for not broadcasting this when it happened.
