Miley Cyrus is smoking too much weed - Video

Miley Cyrus got a Bob Marley cake for her birthday last week at Roosevelt Hotel Beacher’s Madhouse Club in Los Angeles. Apparently everybody in the room knows she smokes precocious amounts of marijuana.

"You know you're stoner when your friends make you a Bob Marley cake. You know you smoke too much %$#!ing weed," she said.

"I thought salvia was your problem, Miley," responded Kelly Osbourne.
