Miley Cyrus Rolls a Joint + Shows Off Her Cat Lip Tattoo - PHOTOS

Miley Cyrus has been super busy, rolling a very blatant joint while recording with the Flaming Lips (jealous!) and getting a brand new lip tattoo of a kitty cat emoji.

All the photos were shared on Instagram yesterday, with Flaming Lips front man Wayne Coyne snapping a photo of Miley using her gold Bangerz tour rolling papers while on a break from recording in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

He even captioned the photo, "Yup...... Recordin with Miley... High as f--k...." just in case you didn't know what was happening.

Cyrus didn't post the above photo herself, but she did share some Instragrams pics of her brand new lip tattoo, which if her caption is to be believed is inspired by the iPhone's crying cat emoji.
