Miley Cyrus Bleaches Her Eyebrows

Since there's nothing much left that she can actually do to shock us, Miley Cyrus has bleached her eyebrows.

At least she stopped twerking? Optimism?

Because Cyrus is running out of ways to surprise the world with her antics she dyed her eyebrows to match her platinum blonde hair and hung out with Lily Allen last night (Nov. 19).

Allen shared a photo of her and Cyrus (and Cyrus' tongue of course) spending time together on her Instagram along with the caption, "Miley and me x x."

Well, at least someone is still amused.
