The Michael Jackson autopsy revealed that the his emaciated body was riddled with needle marks and scars, and his head was virtually bald. He weighed 112 pounds and his stomach was virtually empty except for partially dissolved pills.

So tragic. Obviously, his family knew about his problems for years but could not save him.
