Michael Clarke Duncan star of The Green Mile has died. He is survived by his fiancée Omarosa Manigaul of The Apprentice.

The Green Mile's Michael Clarke Duncan passed away at at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in L.A. September 3, his rep confirms to Us Weekly. The actor was 54.

Duncan is survived by his fiancee, Reverend Omarosa Manigaul, 38, a two-time contestant on NBC's reality show The Apprentice.

According to Duncan's rep, the muscular, 6-foot-4 actor "suffered a myocardial infarction on July 13 and never fully recovered. Manigault is grateful for all of your prayers and asks for privacy at this time. Celebrations of his life, both private and public, will be announced at a later date."
