Michael Bay recycled scenes from The Island for Transformers 3

Michael Bay was caught reusing footage from The Island in Transformers 3. Apparently, this is not the first time he's done this as he used footage from Pearl Harbor for the original Transformers movie as well.

What a neat idea! Recycling old footage to save money. I think this would make a great concept film/s. Re-editing the same footage to tell two (or more) different stories.

BTW, Transformers 3 is awful. I need those two and a half hours of my life back. My Transformers-loving childhood has now been completely destroyed.
