Men's Handball - London 2012 Olympics - Results

France took on Sweden in the Men's Handball gold medal match at the London 2012 Olympics.

Here are your medal results:

Handball is sort of like football (soccer) in the bizarro world.  The game is played on a court that somewhat resembles a basketball court, with two soccer style nets at either end.  The players score points by throwing the ball in the opponent's net.

In yet another close gold medal final on the last day of the London 2012 Olympics, France defeated Sweden 22-21.

Results:

Gold: France

Silver: Sweden

Bronze: Croatia

Congratulations to all the medal winners!
