Men's 400m - London 2012 Olympics - Results

Apparently, the United States didn't have anyone in this final.  I haven't been watching the qualifiers, so that kind of surprised me.  Weren't we supposed to have somebody in this race?  Anyway, the 400 meter sprint took place at the London 2012 Olympics today.

Here are your medal results:

This one wasn't even close.  Kirini James of Grenada ran away with this one....literally.  There was an amazing amount of clear space between him and the next closest runner for a 400 meter race.  James set a national record on his way to easily claiming the gold medal.  Bronze medal winner Lalonde Gordon ran a personal best time.  Good job guys!

Results:

Gold: Kirini James - Grenada

Silver: Luguelin Santos - Dominican Republic

Bronze: Lalonde Gordon - Trinidad & Tobago

Congratulations to all the medalists!
