Mel Brooks' Chinese Theatre Handprints Feature 11 Fingers - PHOTOS

Loveable scamp and filmmaker Mel Brooks has left his hand and footprints outside the TLC Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, but if you look closely you will notice something is amiss.

Specifically that his handprints feature 11 fingers total, five on one hand and six on the other, proving he's still got it.

Bringing his own special touch to Monday's ceremony (Sept. 8), Brooks came sporting an extra prosthetic finger on his left hand which is now literally cemented on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Brooks was finally given the honor in celebration of the 40th anniversary of his Oscar-nominated hit comedy, Young Frankenstein.

As he joked of the honor, "Ladies and gentlemen, I want to thank you all for being here and being part of the wonderful charade. I really love it."
