'The Maze Runner' Rules Explained In New Trailer (VIDEO)

What is the Glade? Well, it sure as hell isn't an air freshener.

In the big-screen adaptation of The Maze Runner, James Dashner's best-selling dystopian novel, the Glade is a village surrounded by a labyrinth of unfathomable complexity. The residents of this exasperating community have been trying to solve the maze for the better part of forever, but have had no luck. However, that all could change with the arrival of Teen Wolf's Dylan O'Brien. That is, if he follows the rules.

In this latest trailer, we learn the rules for not only challenging the Maze, but also surviving the myriad dangers therein. This movie is looking to be the coolest "young adult dystopia" film this year, and that's saying something in a year that featured -- and will feature -- the big screen releases of Divergent, The Giver, and The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 1. The Maze Runner, also co-starring Kaya Scodelario, Will Poulter, Thomas Brodie-Sangster and Patricia Clarkson, will hit theaters on September 19th.
