Matthew Fox Charged With Assault

No! Jack! No! Matthew Fox has been charged with assault after punching a female bus driver in Cleveland, OH last Saturday.

Police took pictures of the woman's bruises which she alleges were inflicted by Fox. I'm upset.

From THR:

On Tuesday, Cleveland prosecutors photographed bruises that bus driver Heather Bormann says were the result of the actor's blows.

A private bus driver filed assault charges against Matthew Fox Tuesday for a Saturday night incident in which he allegedly hit her while attempting to board her hired coach in Cleveland.

The city's prosecutors office told CNN it was reviewing Heather Bormann's complaint. The office also took pictures of Bormann's bruised legs and arms, which she claims were the result of the Lost actor's drunken rampage.

Bormann, a driver for charter bus company Ohio Connection has said Fox, who is in town shooting the film I, Alex Cross, physically assaulted her after being denied entry to the bus she was driving, which was rented out for a private party. He was arrested and released shortly after on Aug. 28.
