Gary Kristen, the coach of India's cricket team advices his players: Have sex before matches, boys. And if no partner is available, then "go solo."

"From a psychological perspective, having sex increased testosterone levels, which causes an increase in strength, energy, aggression and competitiveness," the training manual reads.

This is like a scandal now in India where sexual discipline or Brahmacharya is one of the foundations of Hinduism.

It is also poor advice, because as far as I know, guys want to sleep after sex.
