Marvel and DC Superheroes Face Off in Epic Movie Mashup - VIDEO

Sadly, there will never be an epic and licensed fight between the superheroes of Marvel and the superheroes of DC Comics, unless both comic giants join forces for good. Hence the never.

Similarly, there will never be an official live-action film version of such a fight either -- which didn't stop one intrepid YouTuber from creating a mashup on his own.

The above video was created by Alex Luthor, who couldn't help but imagine what a movie trailer for a Marvel and DC film would look like.

To summarize: it would be the best thing ever.

Alex created the impressive mashup by pulling from DC and Marvel television shows and films, although we wish he would have left Ryan Reynolds as the Green Lantern out of it.
