Martina McBride - Little Bit of Rain - MP3 Premiere

Martina McBride has released another track that will feature on her upcoming album, Everlasting, due April 8.

It's a cover of Fred Neil's 'Little Bit of Rain', but doesn't quite reflect the original. "'Little Bit of Rain' is a less well-known song than some of the others on the album," Martina notes. "I remember hearing Linda Ronstadt’s version of it when I was a teenager. We wanted to do a very simple, acoustic-style arrangement and it’s a little more bluesy than the original by Fred Neil."

It results in a recording that's smooth as silk and, in just over two minutes, is over far too quickly. Check it out below!
