Maroon 5 - Overexposed - Album Cover Art

Are you ready to have your mind blown? Well, Maroon 5's new album cover for Overexposed will do just that. The cover is a nice combination of colorful imagery and  smack-you-in-your-face delight. Since exploding onto the music scene in 2002, they've become household names. That was even before lead singer Adam Levine hit The Voice judging panel. Now, with even more worldwide recognition, the band is ready to explore new musical territory.

Guitarist James Valentine sat down with E! Online to talk about pushing boundaries, saying:
"At this point in our career I think it was a good thing to completely mix up our process and it yielded good results, as well as a more collaborative spirit within the band. We wanted to make something that sounded contemporary with the elements of a lot of early eras of pop music. This is our most 'pop' record ever and we weren't shy about really going for it."
Adam Levine was quick to mention that this new album -- which hits shelves on June 26 -- is "definitely one of our most diverse and poppiest albums yet." Color us intrigued! Obviously, the cover art is set to represent how "overexposed" many artists (and things) become in the entertainment industry. You just don't know where to focus your attention.
