Marlisa Punzalan sings 'Stand By You' on The X Factor Australia 2014 (VIDEO)

Marlisa Punzalan sang 'Stand By You' on The X Factor Australia 2014 Grand Final on Sunday, October 19, 2014.

Ronan is right, this does sound like a hit. Marlisa came across like a star with this performance, and even seemed a bit beyond her years. I was very impressed with this, as Marlisa has grown more than any contestant I've seen on any talent show this season. She's developed into a very capable live performer, conveying the emotion of a song, and matching that passion with the overall strength of her vocals. This is exactly the kind of winner's single that matches Marlisa's style, and exactly the kind of performance she needed to give at this stage of the competition. I thought this was great.

But what do you think of Marlisa Punzalan?
