You know what sucks? How this lawyer flat out says that the picture damaged Chris Brown's "image." OK, hold on a second -- who's bloodied image is it that was on the photograph in the first place? So the picture is more harmful to Chris Brown than to Rihanna? What a bunch of crap.
Lawyers will spin anything.
It also doesn't help that Rihanna is not interested in pursuing this case -- which is a disservice to battered women everywhere.
Now Chris Brown is gaining control of this case and portraying himself as the victim -- when he was the one who beat Rihanna until she was bloodied and bruised. So unacceptable!
I don't even care what happens to them -- but it gives a bad message to young people that if you are a guy you can somehow get a way with hitting a woman in this manner, and for young girls to believe that their role is submission. Dammit.
