Mariska Hargitay Receives Star on Hollywood Walk of Fame - Video

Mariska Hargitay has spent 14 years as Det. Olivia Benson on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, a role for which she's won an Emmy. But now, the star of the NBC drama will have another accolade to add to her considerable resume.

In a ceremony conducted on Friday, Nov. 8, Hargitay received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, right next to that of her mother, Hollywood icon Jayne Mansfield.
