Marcia Strassman of 'Honey I Shrunk the Kids' Dead at 66
Actress Marcia Strassman -- of Welcome Back, Kotter and Honey, I Shrunk the Kids fame -- has passed away at the age of 66 after a lengthy battle with cancer.
Strassman died on Friday (Oct. 24) after fighting breast cancer for seven years.

Said her sister of her passing, "They gave her 2 ½ years to live but she lasted much longer. She was very courageous."
After being diagnosed with Stage IV breast cancer in 2007, the model turned actress became a spokesperson for the disease.
Strassman played titular wife Julie on the television series Welcome Back, Kotter and the mother of the shrunken children in the classic Honey, I Shrunk the Kids and the not quite as classic sequel Honey, I Blew Up the Kid. She also reprised the role for the 4-D Disney ride Honey, I Shrunk the Audience.
She also had a notable six-episode stint as Nurse Margie Cutler on the very first season of M*A*S*H*.
