Malin Akerman's Husband Files for Divorce

We recently reported that Malin Akerman and her husband Roberto Zincone were splitting, and now Zincone has officially filed for divorce.

Apparently Zincone filed the paperwork in the L.A. County Superior Court on November 27 -- three days after news of their split hit and one day before Thanksgiving. Ouch.

He is seeking "joint legal custody" of their son 7-month-old son Sebastian, giving physical custody to Akerman and he is also looking for alimony.

Zincone is a drummer for the band the Pedalstones and it's okay if you've never heard of them. That's why he's seeking alimony. Ba dum chhh.

The couple tied the knot back in 2007.
