Madonna Banned from Piers Morgan's Shows Over Twitter
When doesn't Twitter cause controversy? In the latest installment of tweeting-before-you-think, Madonna has caused an uproar...mostly, just with Piers Morgan.
For several months now, Piers has shown his complete disdain for the pop diva--calling her "gruesome" and a "con artist." OK, then. However, things escalated on Monday when he tweeted to her:
Welcome to Twitter @MadonnaMDNAday - you're still banned from my show. Love Piers x— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) March 27, 2012
Is that really necessary?! Things only began to boil from there. Her manager Guy Oseary didn't take to kindly to the remark. He then tweeted out photo of a letter from October 2011 that stated that Piers had invited her to appear on his UK show. Well, then Piers replied:
Madonna's only been banned from my #CNN show @guyoseary - not my UK show, which sent that invite. But I'm now banning her from that too.— Piers Morgan (@piersmorgan) March 28, 2012
Has Piers taken this too far? What's his deal?
