Luke Bryan's 'Crash My Party' Goes Platinum After 6 Weeks

Luke Bryan's fourth studio album 'Crash My Party' has gone platinum, after being in stores just 6 weeks.

The album opened to sales of 527,783 copies from August 13, hitting #1 both on Billboard's Top Country Albums and the Billboard 200. This was the biggest sales debut for a male country artist since 2004, and the 3rd highest album debut across all genres in 2013 so far.

The title track, the lead single, and the follow-up 'That's My Kind of Night', have been 2 of the biggest tracks of Luke's career and the latter has been the biggest selling country single for 6 consecutive weeks.

I'm sure it's only a matter of time before the album goes double platinum, and will surely go 3x platinum with yet another hugely successful single release before the end of the year. Is there any end to Luke's success...?
