Lost - The Incident

You know what sucked about this episode? In the end it said: "The Final Season 2010 Destiny Found"

Nooooooo! I need my Lost weekly fix! I can't wait that long! Waaaaaaaaaa!

This was of course, an amazing episode. A lot to digest, but very enjoyable.

POSSIBLE SPOILERS

Jack continues his quest to blow up the Swan station with the hydrogen bomb. (Note to self: According to Lost, yes you can carry a hydrogen bomb in your backpack -- just be careful lugging it around. You can even can drop it and it won't explode!)

Kate, Sawyer and Juliet hijack the submarine so they can go back to the island and stop Jack. They meet Rose, Bernard and Vincent the dog on the way. Yay! They were literally happy campers. "Oh so you guys are fighting again?" Loved that.

Jack and Sawyer confrontation: Punches! Bloody faces! Juliet comes in and tells Sawyer: I changed my mind, let him blow up the island. Jack also convinces Kate to get on board.

Jack attacks the Swan station with gun support from everybody: Sawyer, Kate, etc. He drops the bomb in the drill hole. Nothing happens!

But then the electromagnetism kicks in and pulls all the metal objects into the hole. Juliet gets caught up in a chain! OMG -- she is pulled into the hole. Sawyer and Kate try to help -- but fail! OMG Juliet!

Meanwhile...

The entire episode is anchored by flashback scenes of the one and only: Jacob! The episode opens with him talking to someone right under the giant statue, who tells him:

"Do you have any idea how badly I want to kill you? One of these days sooner or later we're going to find a loophole."

We then see Jacob meeting all the main characters at various stages in their lives throughout the episode: Kate, Juliet and Sawyer when they were young, Jin and Sun when they got married, Jack in the hospital, Sayid before his wife got run over by a car, and Hugo just before he decided to board the plane back to the island.

Locke, Richard, Ben and the Others continue to go to Jacob.

Locke tells Ben: Since the smoke monster told you obey my every word, you will kill Jacob, not me.

They reach the statue (now only the foot is left) and Richard opens the door for them. Locke and Ben go in.

The lady bounty-hunter Ilana along with Frank and some others arrive with a big box. She looks for Ricardos. Richard comes forward. "What lies in the shadow of the statue?" Then Richard answers! OMG

"Ille qui nos omnis servabit." Translation: "He who will save us all."

She then reveals Locke's dead body which they found in a coffin on the plane! (There are 2 Lockes? What?)

Back inside: Locke and Ben confront Jacob.

"Hello Jacob," says Locke.

"You found your loophole," says Jacob.

"Indeed I did. And you have no idea what I've gone through to be here."

Ben then stabs Jacob.

Jacob tells Locke: "They're coming."

Locke pushes Jacob into the fire to burn.

Cut to the Swan.

Debris going into the drill hole. Zoom into Juliet. She's severely injured, but alive. She sees the undetonated hydrogen bomb. She starts hitting it with a rock. Hit, hit. "C'mon you sunnovabitch!"

Boom.
