Lost: The Final Season - Questions, WTF moments and Some Eggs on the Side

The last moments of tonight's episode were INTENSE. I sat wide eyed as the showdown started and practically peed my pants when it ended. What side do we trust?

Sayid and Nadia? Off Island over in the alternate timeline, we learn that Sayid and Nadia are not together and Nadia is actually now Sayid's sister in law. Why did Sayid push Nadia away to end up with his brother? It wasn't for lack of love because they both clearly still have feelings for each other. Sayid, although working for a company now, still seems to be the good guy in training. Sayid has the same problem that he had on the Island; giving in to temptation. Whether it be with violence or hangin with Flocke.

Why was Jin with Keamy? It was quite a shock to see Keamy's evil face once again, still chillin' with the guys from the freighter. Besides having a love for fried eggs, I see no difference in this cocky bastard. He still has a job that includes harming our losties. We know that Keamy got to Sayid to collect money from his brother, but why was Jin tied up in the back room? Does it have something to do with the huge wad of cash that Jin was stopped with at LAX? Was he making a payment to Keamy? For himself or Paik?

Why can't Flocke cross the ash? One of the bigger questions throughout the seasons has to do with why exactly Flocke and ash don't mix. Tonight we learned that Dogen was the only thing keeping Flocke out of the temple before he laid a smackdown. Then what was the point of the ash? Or is it only his physical form that is effected? Speaking of his physical form..

Why couldn't Sayid kill Flocke? Is it because he spoke before Sayid could react? Jacob was able to reach his demise after a pathetic stabbing by Ben, so why is Flocke any different? Was the only reason Sayid was asked to kill him because Dogen truly believed Flocke would take care of him? I didn't really buy Dogen's story about his son. He had no problem killing all of our losties a couple weeks ago.

Jacob/Flocke..Both evil? The never ending question about who to trust is still standing after tonight's episode. We have even more confirmation that they both have the gift of persuasion. Flocke knows exactly how to tempt our favorites and manipulate them to do his bidding. He's a man who knows what he's doing. The devil mirrors temptation. Are they both simply two beings looking out for their best interests? I know better than to accept this balance at face value. While Flocke is a murderous manipulative crazy, is Jacob really any better? Are his methods just better disguised? He brought Dogen to the island by promising to heal his son. Another one who makes promises. Did he promise to heal Ilana when he visited her at that hospital if she helped him? I don't want to believe Jacob isn't the good guy here but the signs saying otherwise are plentiful. Oh Lost. You sure like to mess with my faith don't you?

Is Sayid finally claimed? Giving in to temptation, Sayid ups his bad-assery and takes care of Dogen and Lennon in about two seconds. I saw Lennon coming but was pretty surprised when Dogen bit the dust as well. I guess karma's a bitch. Judging by these actions and the creepy look Sayid gave Ben, I would guess that the darkness in Sayid has finally reached his heart. Is he completely claimed by Flocke? Can this be reversed? Are they actually dead? Why doesn't anyone ever sit down and have a long talk with Miles?? Ugh!

I thought tonight's episode started a little slow with the flash-sideways, but really made up for it in the action at the end. I'm really curious if Claire will try to strangle Kate in the future after finding out Kate was off being a crappy mom to Aaron. I laughed out loud when Flocke feigned having hurt feelings and told Sayid "You stabbed me without even saying hello. :(" What will happen next week now that all the captured Others are on Flocke's side? Where are Sawyer, Jin and Richard? Will Flocke spare Richard who is the only one not to switch sides?
