LOST: The Final Season - Questions, WTF moments, and Mr. Cluck

My heart and mind aren't really here right now after what I just watched. This episode was crazy.

Hurley flash sideways? Hurley has the perfect life in regards to luck, that he always wanted. He's still rich but everything is going his way. He's like a good Charles Widmore business success wise. He still likes chicken but he's still a lonely man. Who was Rosalita and why didn't she show?

Libby's return? Libby shows up to meet Hurley after recognizing and remembering her time with him. Why does Libby remember? Does she remember being murdered? If she saw Michael on the street would she kick him in the nads? Okay just wishful thinking here. Is remembering her island life the reason she committed herself in the first place? Was Leonard hanging out with her in the rec room? Does or will Hurley remember Libby being murdered? Has this all happened before? Will it happen again?

Byebye Ilana? Okay so..I did not see that coming. Ilana just totally pulled an Artz. Okay, i did expect her to go eventually because she's a newbie but..i was legit shocked at that. That just blew up like 50 percent of my theories. How will we get her story now? Through Richard? Alt. timeline? This is why you don't play with explosives people. Was the Island really just done with her? Just like that? Did Jacob know that would happen? What was in that bag that Hurley found after she blew up? Was it Jacob's ashes? Or something else?

The Whispers? Did we finally get an answer to the whispers tonight? I don't know about you but i'm not really willing to accept the explanation we got. Not completely anyway. I think we've all known for some time that the whispers were the souls or spirits of those previously on the island. Or through some weird time travel thing we were hearing our losties. Whatever. One, this explanation came from presumably Flocke. Usually the whispers equal something bad. Jacob's visions to Hurley, if i recall, didn't come with whispers. Manipulative manifestations usually do. I couldn't shake the feeling that this Michael vision was different. I didn't trust it. I think Hurley made a big mistake by splitting up our group. Now i'm worried. Two..on the other hand, there's only like 4 episodes left before the finale. They don't have much time left to mess with us. Was that our answer?

Who is that creepy kid? It's definitely the same kid that appeared to Sawyer and Flocke awhile back. Just..aging. Or they're at least making a point to show us he's aged. He's a smug little thing isn't he? So, who is he? I had a theory about who he was but after tonight my theory has completely changed. So is this kid Jacob or someone else like Aaron, or someone we haven't met yet? Is he Jacob being reborn? Doesn't a phoenix age pretty fast after it burns in the flame? What does he want?

Desmond's mission? Okay so Desmond working on his plan to help the rest of the flight remember or experience what he and Charlie experienced really took a turn tonight. At first, it seemed innocent enough. Coming to see Hurley and encourage him to find out why Libby remembered him. But then, he found John Locke. Poor old John Locke. Minding his own business in his wheelchair. Until Desmond drives over and RUNS HIM OVER. What the hell?? Was that really the trigger John needed to remembering falling out a window or any of the other million times he got his ass kicked on that island? Is that what Desmond was up to? Or was he getting revenge for being pushed down that well by Flocke? :( What does Des remember? Does he remember his son? He did say Charlie.

This episode was amazing. I really missed that "on the edge of my seat" feeling. I gasped and said OMG multiple times tonight. When Lost does that, you know it's a good episode. Will Desmond be okay? Why did Flocke push him down the well? Does he think Des knows something he's not telling? Is he a threat? He did seem to expect Des to know his true identity. What did you guys think of that preview? I thought that song was PERFECT for the tone of the show right now. That song from Willy Wonka is so creepy, it sums up my feelings entirely.
