'Lost' Star Joins 'Young and the Restless'

An ex-ABC star is migrating to CBS -- and from primetime to daytime.

Cynthia Watros, best known for playing Libby on ABC’s Lost, has been cast in a recurring role on CBS’ The Young and the Restless, Entertainment Weekly confirms. Watros, whose first appearance on the series will air in November, will play Kelly, a woman "who will have a profound influence on the lives of several characters, including Billy, Victoria and Chloe."

The actress is no stranger to daytime TV: the actress appeared on The Guiding Light as Annie Dutton Banks from 1994-98, a role that won her a Daytime Emmy Award.
