Lost - Season 3 - The Cost of Living

Let's see, apparently they are purging the characters from Season 2 to give way to the two new characters introduced this season. So when Mr. Eko whispers to Locke that they're next -- that means YOU Desmond. Haha.

At any rate, apparently, I still love the black smoke with it's creaking sound effects, so tonight's episode was ok by me. Not in the level of last season's Mr. Eko episode, but better than the past couple of episodes at least. I'm really confused by all the symbolism now since I'm now thinking they are all dead, and the island is some sort of purgatory -- which was one of my thoughts last season. The Mr. Eko confession kinda emphasizes that.

Anyway, ABC has the audacity to promote next week's episode as the BEST EPISODE EVER. And they even called it the "Fall Finale". Haha. Okay. It better be good. I'm doing myself a favor and lowering my expectations big time -- that way I won't be disappointed and just love it.
