Lost - Namaste

Namaste! Welcome to the island!

SPOILERS

Well... I guess it wasn't going to be a happy reunion after all!

We already had hints two weeks ago with the Sawyer-Juliet-Jack-Kate love quadrangle that things were not going to be pretty. At first, things were fine with Sawyer taking charge of the situation by getting Jack, Kate and Hugo to become members of the Dharma Initiative as "new recruits". He also found a way to get Sayid in their custody safely since Sayid wandered into Dharma in handcuffs. Dharma security thinks he's an "Other" -- and Sawyer didn't want Sayid to reveal everyone's real identities by telling Dharma how he got back to the island.

By the end of the episode however, we get a taste of how things are going to be for the next few weeks. The Sawyer vs. Jack rivalry has returned, this time with Sawyer as the "leader". Awesome. Everyone on our "team" is fighting each other again. Hurray.

Other events:

The plane landed on the secondary island in 2007 (30 years from when the rest of the gang are). Ben was supposed to go to the main island by outrigger with Sun and Frank, but Sun knocked him out with a paddle. Yay! She goes to the main island with Frank, and there they find a dilapidated Dharma barracks... and Christian Shepherd, Jack's father. He says: "You have a long journey ahead of you." Is Sun going to travel back in time? How?

Faraday apparently is no longer with Dharma. Where did he go? I have to know!

The baby that Juliet delivered was... Ethan! For the love god, that was awesome.

In the holding cell where Sayid was kept, he gets a visitor: a young Benjamin Linus!

This time-travel stuff is just nuts.

Next week: Dharma Initiative is burning! Did Ben do it?

I love Lost!
