Lost - Finale

Wasn't tonight just the best night of television for the entire year?

Notes:

Desmond of course is just an awesome character appearing tonight again just like he did in the season pilot. As I predicted many months ago in the beginning of the season, the season finale will involve letting that blasted count down reach zero. It did a few episodes ago but somehow it was stopped. This time, they just let it rip. My god, IT IS REAL! What really happened, we don't really know until next Fall, but some big shit went down.

Please, powers that be: Let Locke live! The fact that Charlie didn't answer that question when he was asked, just makes me hate him ever more now.

Notice how evil Henry is the Magneto-figure in all this? Damn he's evil. And what about Michael? I just feel so bad at what the writers did to his character -- he's so scarred now. How interesting though that once again, the season ends for Michael on a boat.

So next season we expect the trinity of Jack, Kate and Sawyer to plan their great escape from the clutches of the others. I'm excited. It better be good.

And finally, real-time action from the outside world! I'm going to suffer through the summer. Damn you ABC. Just no more reruns next season please.
