Lizzy Pattinson sings 'Leavin' on The X Factor UK (VIDEO)

Lizzy Pattinson sang 'Leavin' on The X Factor UK Judges' Houses.

I liked this vocal. I didn't love it or anything, but I think Lizzy has more potential star quality than Simon is giving her credit for, and I don't say that simply because she's Robert Pattinson's sister, although it certainly helps that she has that little factoid beefing up her backstory. That said, I almost worry about how deep into the competition she might go if Simon puts her through, since I worry that fans of Robert Pattinson will make sure she outlasts some REALLY talented people. But I guess we'll find out soon enough just what being related to a massive movie star can accomplish in a singing competition. Didn't do much for Jane Carey over on American Idol.

But what do you think of Lizzy Pattinson?

LIZZY PATTINSON does not advance to Live Shows.

I can't really blame Simon here. She wouldn't have been a terrible choice to take through, but she'd have been pretty far from the best choice he could have made, so I'm not too broken up about this. Although I do wish Lizzy the best.
