Little Mix - Word Up (Sport Relief 2014 Charity Single) - MP3 Premiere

Little Mix is one of the UK's most popular groups, and so it makes sense that the former X Factor UK winners are now channeling that popularity toward a good cause.

"Word Up", the girl group's cover of the 1986 hit by Cameo, has been announced as the Sport Relief 2014 Charity Single. Sport Relief is a charity that "brings the entire nation together to get active, have fun and raise life-changing cash" through a series of sporting events and fundraising activities that draw attention to low-income and impoverished areas throughout the UK and abroad. Of course, this isn't the first time Sport Relief has partnered with X Factor alumni: JLS provided the Sport Relief single last year with their song, "Proud"; Leona Lewis also held the honor in 2008 with her songs "Better in Time" and "Footprints in the Sand". But for now, it's all about Little Mix and "Word Up". Listen to the full single below:
