Lindsay Lohan Suing Makers of 'Grand Theft Auto V'

Lindsay Lohan is reportedly suing Rockstar Games for using her likeness without permission in their game Grand Theft Auto V.

According to sources, her lawyers are currently working on a suit which will demand money for a person who looks kind of, sort of like La Lohan in the game.

The character in question is featured on the cover and looks like a cross between Lindsay and Kate Upton. Within the game one of the missions involves helping her escape from the paparazzi.

Rockstar has already confirmed however (despite Photoshopping to the contrary) that the woman on the box is bikini model Shelby Welinder who posed for the game.

And you know, not Kate Upton as all evidence would suggest.

At yet another point in GTAV you are tasked with photographing a similar celebrity-type character having sex on film at a hotel. A hotel which TMZ claims looks suspiciously like the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood where LiLo once lived.

But more than likely the character is an amalgamation of several fame-obsessed celebrity individuals and not Lindsay herself.
