Lindsay Lohan Being Sued for Car Crash

Lindsay Lohan is trying her hardest, but she just can't escape her legal troubles. She is now reportedly being sued for the car accident which resulted in her revoked probation and landed her in court-mandated rehab.

The incident in question happened in California back in 2012 when La Lohan was running late for filming Liz & Dick and crashed into a semi-truck. Because she was on probation she fibbed to the cops and claimed she was a passenger in the accident and when they found out it was a lie she took the rehab plea deal.

Now she's being sued by the truck driver she crashed into, James Johnson. He claims that because of the accident he has suffered physical and mental damage.

He's currently suing for unspecified damages. Read: a buttload of cash.
