'Les Misérables', 'Snow White' nominated by Costume Designers Guild

In a rare bit of synchronicity with the Oscars, the Costume Designers Guild nominated the same five films that were nominated for Academy Awards in the Costume Design category last Thursday.

Jacqueline Durran for the lush, period stylings of Anna Karenina.
Paco Delgado for the by-turns luxurious and proletariat fabrics of Les Misérables.
Johanna Johnston for the presidential classiness and historical grit of Lincoln.
Eiko Ishioka for the bright, fantastical duds of Mirror Mirror.
And Colleen Atwood, for the dark fantasy style of Snow White and the Huntsman.

However, given the different categories for film and television, spread across different genres, they won't all be competing in the same, single category as they will be at the Oscars.
