Leona Lewis falls down Elevator Shaft

Why is Leona Lewis so unlucky?

From SMH:

Leona Lewis fell down a lift shaft on stage.

The Bleeding Love singer had to be rescued after narrowly avoiding serious injury while performing in Sheffield, north England last Friday when she tumbled down a dark hole after her elevator got stuck.

She said: “We have been having problems with the lift. It had been going fine in rehearsals and then I had a bit of an accident and fell down the lift shaft. It was quite scary.
