Leona Lewis and Simon Cowell accused of plagiarism

X Factor winner Leona Lewis and Simon Cowell's Syco has been accused of plagiarism by Ministry of Sound. Syco says the backing track by DJ Avicii (aka Tim Berg) heard on 'Collide' was cleared, but Tim and his label says it's not true and that the first time they heard the track was Friday!
From Digital Spy:
"Avicii is already credited as a songwriter on Leona's song," a Syco representative said. "It's a case of sour grapes from Ministry of Sound."Avicci's manager Ash Pournouri added in a statement: "We never got to hear ['Collide'] before it was promoted on radio, how could we clear anything? We're not amateurs - we don't sign papers without knowing what [we're] getting into."
From @Avicii:
To answer everyone, the first time i heard leona lewis collide was today. I didnt produce it and neither me or my manager could approve itTo be clear im not taking credit for the melody (everything was cleared with penguin cafe orchestra and simon jeffes who wrote the song)
Im just upset for someone taking credit of our idea before i had a chance to release it.
And for the time and effort that has been put into this by my manager and label
