Lemon Shark Chases Florida Man Spear Fishing

A local Florida man was chased by a Lemon Shark while he was spear fishing near Sugarloaf Key - and he caught it all on video.

A local Florida spear fisherman, Steel Rockett, was diving near Sugarloaf Key, Florida, on February 7, trying to reel in his catch when a lemon shark appeared out of nowhere and began chasing him. This video shows the close encounter. The lemon shark has a habit of stealing this fisherman’s catch every time he goes diving. Generally speaking, lemon sharks are shy and not dangerous to humans, however, this video shows a too-close-for-comfort meeting.
