Lea Michele tweets photo from 'Glee' set - Picture

After the tragic death of her longtime boyfriend/Glee co-star Cory Monteith, Lea Michele is back on the set of the hit FOX series.

"Feels so good to be home...#GleeSeason5," the 26-year-old actress wrote on Twitter, providing this picture, in which Michele can be seen sitting alone on a trunk in front of a bed, staring solemnly into the distance.

On July 29, Michele broke her silence on Monteith's death over Twitter, writing, "Thank you all for helping me through this time with your enormous love & support. Cory will forever be in my heart."

Three days later, and three weeks after Monteith's death from "mixed drug toxicity" due to a mixture of heroin and alcohol, she would return to work on the set of Glee.

The show's producers, along with top network brass, recently revealed how they plan to deal with the absence of Monteith's character, Finn Hudson, from remainder of the series.

"The third episode will write Finn out of the show," said FOX Entertainment Chairman Kevin Reilly. "That episode will deal directly with the incidents involved with Cory's passing and the drug abuse in particular."

As a tribute to Monteith, the show's producers put together a touching memorial card in his honor, which was posted on the Glee's Official YouTube Channel.

Season 5 of Glee premieres Thursday, September 26.
