Lauren Platt sings 'Stay Another Day' on The X Factor UK 2014 (VIDEO)

Lauren Platt sang 'Stay Another Day' on The X Factor UK Semifinals on December 6, 2014.

This is a Christmas song? Seems like the definition is getting stretched a bit. That said, I loved the staging, from the snowy background to the actual (well, fake) snow falling from the ceiling, and getting in her hair to create a lovely fashion visual. However, the vocal itself didn't do it for me. And I say that as someone who wants Lauren in the finale, and have since her first audition. I don't know if she's still struggling with residual illness from last week, or maybe her confidence is shot from having landed in the Bottom 2 last week, but it felt like her voice was wavering through this. Hopefully, her second song works out better for her.

But what do you think of Lauren Platt?
