Lauren Platt sings 'Clarity' on The X Factor UK 2014 (VIDEO)

Lauren Platt sang 'Clarity' on The X Factor UK Live Show 8 on November 29, 2014.

Lauren brings a lot of youthful energy to this show, and I think she's one of the more contemporary artists overall from this season. I could hear her on the radio, and I could envision her in the market. That said, I thought this performance was more cute than compelling. She sang it well, but it just wasn't the blowaway I was hoping it'd be. But I'm guessing being sick had more than a little to do with that. However, I'm still a huge Lauren fan, and hope to see her in the semifinal. She absolutely deserves to be there.

But what do you think of Lauren Platt?
