'Real Houswives of New Jersey' Star Lauren Manzo Engaged

Lauren Manzo -- daughter of former Real Housewives of New Jersey star Caroline Manzo -- is engaged to her longtime boyfriend Vito Scalia.

The duo become affianced yesterday (Nov. 12) and Manzo quickly gushed to Us Weekly, "I'm so incredibly happy!! I'm in shock. I'm so excited to spend the rest of my life with my best friend. Well he was my brothers' best friend first, but I stole him!"

Manzo also thanked everyone for the well wishes on Twitter, writing in 140 characters or less:

Her mother also quickly took to the internet to share the good news.

Lauren is currently busy filming the Housewives of New Jersey spin-off Manzo'd With Children so expect some reality TV and actual reality overlap.
