Lauren Alaina - Anyway - Hometown Visit

Lauren Alaina visits her hometown! Video from her high school visit.

Lauren Alaina lives in a small town on the Georgia-Tennessee border called Rossville. But her “Idol” hometown visit itinerary included visits to neighboring towns of Chattanooga, Fort Oglethorpe and Ringgold.

Chattanooga has taken credit for her because it is by far the largest nearby city. (Atlanta is a good two hours away so I’ve never even pretended that Lauren is within our purview.) Earlier Saturday, she visited a local country radio station and the Fox affiliate. She hosted a parade at Coolidge Park and threw out the first ball at a minor-league baseball game there.

She also took a side trip Ringgold to view tornado damage and had a second parade down the busy thoroughfare of Battlefield Parkway from an Office Depot to her high school, Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe, which is in Fort Oglethorpe. I visited her during the high school parade portion.
