Laura Dern Talks 'Jurassic World'

The fabulous Laura Dern recently did an interview with WTFPodcast and the topic of the best movie ever, of course, came up. Laura appeared as Dr. Ellie Sattler in the first and third installments in the Jurassic Park franchise. Now that news of a fourth movie (Jurassic World) has come out, many fans of the original are hoping for appearances from the original cast.

During this interview, Laura revealed that as of now, she isn't appearing in the movie.

"I've done one and three. There have been three. And there's supposed to be a fourth, which right now I'm not in. They were doing it, and now I don't know, I think it's delayed now."

As a huge fan of the series myself, I would love nothing more than an appearance by the original cast members. I know that a new cast including Bryce Dallas Howard has been thrown around and I know that it's not realistic to have Jeff Goldblum and Sam Neill running from dinosaurs anymore but we can dream right? And yes, maybe I still ship Ellie and Alan after all these years.

Either way, I can't wait for this one. How about you guys?

Thanks to Jurassicworld-movie for the tip.
