Landon Donovan not denying love child

U.S. soccer star Landon Donovan isn't denying the allegation that he fathered a child with a mystery woman from the U.K.

This is so weird. So Landon thanks his wife Bianca Kajlich who is separated from (not divorced) for his goals in South Africa -- then now he's now not denying that he could have a child out of wedlock. I am stunned by the openness.

U.S. soccer stud Landon Donovan was forced to play defense Sunday after a British paramour claimed she was carrying his love child.

A day after Ghana booted Donovan and Team U.S.A. from the World Cup tournament, the married, 28-year-old forward took a bicycle kick to his squeaky-clean image.

"If I need to take responsibility, then I will provide the appropriate support," Donovan told Sports Illustrated.

He did not deny paternity.
