Lady Gaga and Taylor Kinney Hold Commitment Ceremony

Lady Gaga and Taylor Kinney are getting serious.

The couple, which has been dating since 2011, have reportedly held a commitment ceremony to prove their dedication and love to one another.

The event was hosted at Joan Tratorria, a restaurant in New York owned by Gaga's parents. According to an insider, "Gaga wanted something visual, a commitment ceremony with the people who matter the most."

'They don't have time to plan a wedding," the source continued. "So they decided they would have a small gathering to show the people they love most how committed they are to one another. It was just for her family and a few close art and designer friends."

Kinney had relatives in attendance, such as his mother Pam, and one of his brothers.

The couple is reportedly planning to get married "properly" next year when they each have more free time. But, as for right now, Gaga and Kinney are pretty much husband and wife in all but name.
